B2B Service Agreement

This B2B Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the wholesale purchase, distribution, and API integration of eSIM cellular packages provided by TRAVEL E-SIM LLC to authorized business entities.

1. Delivery and Instant Provisioning Policy

Our platform handles instantly activated digital telecommunication products. Upon payment or API order submission, eSIM profiles and QR codes are generated immediately and delivered electronically. Physical shipping is not offered under any circumstances.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Strictly Enforced)

Due to the irreversible nature of digital cellular provisioning, no refunds are issued once an eSIM profile or QR code has been generated or delivered to the partner or end-user. Exceptions are only processed if a documented technical network outage on our supplier side prevents activation, validated by our support logs within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Limitation of Liability

TRAVEL E-SIM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local network downtime, roaming disruptions, or incorrect customer configuration.
